The only thing that is gluten free is the pho. They told me the sauces they use for noodle and rice dishes contains gluten.

I want to trust this place. The food is great and I live right by them. But I’ve gone twice and both times they’ve messed something up on the order. First time they said the fried onions weren’t gluten free but the dish came out with them on top. Second time I got takeout and it came with a sauce that, when I called back, they told me wasn’t gluten free. I actually think they have a good grasp on what to order, but they get so busy that the cooks make mistakes. And it makes you wonder - if there are mistakes I’m noticing, what else might be going on to cross contaminate?
Excellent food (and claim to be able to do many things gf) but felt pretty sick a few hours later.
