The staff is knowledgeable about what is and isn’t gluten-free. Most things can be made gluten-free and already naturally are gluten-free. The few times I've been here I have not gotten sick! Their pho bowls and fried rice are good.
Tons of gluten free options. They aren’t marked well on the menu, but the waitresses are super knowledgeable about what is/ isn’t gluten free. The food here is really good, and I’ve never had a problem. Felt safe eating here with Celiac.
Almost all of the menu was gluten free, excluding the classic noodle bowls and fried foods (rice noodle bowls are gf though!). Our waitress was super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. I ended up getting the pad Thai and although it was different than normal pad Thai dishes I’ve gotten at other restaurants, it might just be my favorite that I tried. I did not have any symptoms of being glutened after eating here!

Waitress was super knowledgeable about gluten items, notified me of what sauces I could have and took great care of my good.
Good food. I had fried rice and shrimp. Server seemed a little clueless, but would ask manager, who understood GF. A little pricier than one $.
Several gluten free things to choose from. The manager was very knowledgeable. They even brought me gluten free soy sauce. Overall, a great experience. It's nice to find somewhere a little different.
