I eat here often and haven't gotten sick! Most of the pho varieties are GF, just be careful of the oyster sauce on the table, it's not GF.

Great place for Pho noodles. Very traditional and staff was knowledgeable on what is and isn’t gluten free. And best part is NO MSG. The shrimp spring rolls are GF as well.
