I tried to order but was told there is high risk cross contamination due to the way there counter is set up. I am celiac. I could not risk it. I hear they are fantastic but if a person is a true celiac, it is not safe.

Everything was DELICIOUS. The pho and edamame were cooked perfectly. My family who got non-gluten free food loved it as well.

Had the Pho and it was amazing! Almost everything there, even the egg rolls were gluten free. The staff was very educated on GF!

Found this gem on our last day in Breck! Wish we found it sooner, would have been perfect way to warm up after a day of skiing! All the Pho is GF and owner was knowledgeable on what else to avoid. GF pho is hard to find, don’t skip this one!

The food was exceptional... but far from GF. I had the fried rolls and pho. I am extremely exhausted and so sick.

Great celiac friendly restaurant. The staff was well educated and friendly. I had the shrimp vermicelli and the fried spring rolls. Everything was delicious. Will be going again!

The pho was amazing and it’s been 24 hours for me now with no issues! I have celiac and a corn allergy. They also have a special hot sauce that’s from Vietnam and it’s amazing as well, if you like really spicy sauce in yours. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for some amazing gluten free pho!

We loved this place! The people were very knowledgeable about what was safe for my celiac son. He said it was the best pho he had ever had! We will definitely be back.

Absolutely delicious. Broths are naturally GF. Got the brisket, rare steak and mushrooms in the beef broth. Great portion size too. Highly recommend.

It's true! Everything except the bahn mi sandwich is GF. The fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce are delightful (made fresh when you order them). Came here twice during a four-day stay. Really amazing and inexpensive!
