Pho Roswell

The owner, Helen, is very knowledgeable on the different things on the menu and what has gluten or not. I've been eating here for years and while I have just found out I have Celiac, I can confidently say I have never had a reaction while eating the pho there. While none of the items on the menu are labeled gluten free specifically, you can ask the owner what is and isn't and also even request gluten free versions of some of the foods! Highly recommended place to eat.

The owner is very helpful and we have eaten here many times without issue. Pho is safe. Beyond that, ask about each item. Fryer Hs possibility of contamination from soy sauce marinades. Fried rice is safe. Just ask and steer clear if they advise it.

I went to Pho Roswell just to have the Pho. I spoke with the owner and she assured me it was GF. I didn't get sick so it must be GF. I cannot comment on the rest of the menu
