I ordered the Bun with tofu instead of the usual meat suspects. Told them I was gluten-free and vegetarian. After a reasonable amount of time, I received a HUGE bowl of noodles, veggies & tofu. The bowl was topped with stir fried veggies sauted in toasted sesame oil. I also asked for no fish sauce and they accommodated me on that front, as well. Tip - Order the Jasmine green tea. It's from Thailand and is absolutely devine.
