This restaurant did NOT have a dedicated GF menu, but the server was able to help figure things out. The pho is def GF here, as was the bún bò Huế. I had the latter and did not have a reaction.

1st to dispute the other review. 95% of this menu is NOT Gluten Free.
But the waitstaff was very friendly and had an document to tell me which items were gluten free and or be prepared gluten free. We went page by page as they showed me the 1 or 2 items on each page that I could eat.
You don't want anything fried as there is Not a dedicated fryer. And they did think their imitation crab was Gluten Free (in the states it is not so I did not want to risk it).
All being said I had a wonderful meal here and I did not get sick.
95% of the menu is gluten-free. Gluten items are egg noodles and wontons. Little chance of cross-contamination. Small Pho is more than adequate serving size. Food is very yummy and very reasonably priced (approx $10 for entree). Spring rolls are delicious. Service is good and owner is very knowledgeable about food allergies.
