The server had the cook prepare my omelette on the potato grill. Gluten free toast is available, but I passed on that. The omelette and potatoes were delicious and safe.

Has GF bread. Didn't ask about cross contamination as our family is just gluten sensitive.

They don't have a separate menu but have options. They make their own skillet fried potatoes (probably safer to get with out seasoning) I also got scrambled eggs and bacon ! Pretty cool mom & pop diner :)
