It is rare to find empanadas and fried plantains that are completely gluten-free. You have no worries here because the whole restaurant is 100% gluten-free. Try the green garlic sauce on everything. It's delicious.

A must! I got the vegan arepa and garlic yucca fries. It was a Kong day at a work conference so I got the food to go to have back at my hotel. I ended you knocking out and not eating the food fresh/hot. I ended up having it for breakfast cold and even under those conditions it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

Tried the crispy chicken Arepa and it was delicious! Love finding gluten free restaurants that offer fantastic flavors and are careful with other allergies. Will definitely be partaking again during our visit.

100% Gf and absolutely stunning! I recommend either of the chicken arepas, as well as the aoli sauce on the side.

A-MAZ-ING! The food was great and the service was good. I recommend the cachapa with beef, pork, or chicken which was delicious. I was skeptical to try the food (I was afraid of cross contamination) but it turned out amazing! Highly recommend!

Never had a Venezuelan food, but what a nice surprise! Had pulled pork arepa, beef arepa, spicy chicken arepa, yucca fries, and crispy chicken plato. They were all so delicious, fresh, and each dish had unique and well thought through complex taste. Crispy chicken was fried so well. The little pickle cup that came with the trio sampler was so delicious too... thank you for providing such delicious safe food!!!

A 100% gluten free facility that didn’t have to change anything to have it this way? Their food is naturally gluten free and delicious! They were busy the entire time we were there. Seating is limited so plan to sit with others. We had the yuca fries, sweet plantains, and the yellow corn arepas with shredded beef. The yellow corn is sweeter than the white. Everything was delicious!

Great food and such a relief to have a totally GF restaurant! i have eaten here 3x and haven't gotten sick. The cachapas and the coconut drink are my favorites. Prices are on the high side for casual dining, so this is a "treat" and not a regular stop for me. The restaurant space is small and can be crowded at times, but overall it's a great place!

Tasty. However my husband and I both got the pork arepas and mine was so spicey I could not finish it. His was not spicey at all,and he is usually the one who cannot handle any spice.

Claims to be a gluten free establishment but my sensitive celiac stomach is not convinced. Didn't get very sick but had some distinct gluten related rumblings right after eating here. It's too bad because the arepas are decent (if slightly overpriced).

This restaurant was smaller than I expected in terms of seating, but we found a spot and the food was made quickly. I have Celiac and get sick so easily, but I ate here and did not get sick! We shared a couple menu items; both were delicious. They have g-free beer from a dedicated brewery. Take an order of cheese empanadas to go- they make a great evening snack! GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!

Excellent food, I had a pulled pork arepa on yellow corn with fried garlic yucca as a side- incredibly tasty. The food is extremely unique and with it all being GF (with gf beer available) it really was a safe treat. Every time I'm in SF I must stop here. :)

Fantastic! If I could give six stars, I would. Great food, great tastes, great selection. GF to the Max and no expenses spared. The Yucca beignets are so lovely and sweet!! A must taste for sure. Small seating area but we fit 7 adults and 2 kids around their corner table and has a feast.

Great arepa's! Sides are a little overpriced and smaller portions but that's okay. Ceviche was okay but wouldn't really recommend. I had the pulled pork arepa and it was fantastic! The gf beer selection is also nice!

Had the crispy chicken arepa and it was delicious! I have celiac and felt great after. The entire menu is gluten free (huge sign out front). Also had the beignets for dessert which were ok (not as worth detail as dinner). Good atmosphere for casual lunch/dinner.

Great Gluten Free....the entire menu! I had the pulled pork Cachapas, which is served in a sweet corn crepe. Cover it in their hot sauce and the sweet and hot make a great combo. You can also order your protein on a grilled corn pocket, more like a sandwich or you can get it over rice. They offer chicken, pork, beef, or grilled tofu vegetarian style. My wife had the Ensalada Verde Caracas with no meat and covered it in the home made hot sauce. Yuca Garlic fries are not to be enjoyed if you will be in a crowd as they are covered in big chunks of garlic. As a side you get about 4 large, square cut fries that are lightly fried. My wife and I both shared them so we would be equally offensive. As a dessert I had the best dish of coconut Quesillo ever. It is crème Carmel with a light sauce. The place has a small fast food layout; They give you a number and they bring you your order. So no need to dress up here. It is a easy 3 block walk from the 18th street Bart station. Not too scary of a neighborhood, but not Beverly Hills either.

Very delicious gluten free Venezuelan food. This is a small Mom & Pop shop. The food has amazing flavor and is very filling. The garlic on the fries was a little spicy for us so we prefer no garlic. Everything is gluten free and they also made our meals dairy free. The drinks were also delicious (coconut lime and mango). Highly recommend this place. We did not get sick and we are very sensitive to minute amounts of gluten.
