Reliably good food and consistently gluten-free. Service a bit slow, and I was stunned to over hear that this “GF restaurant” only has one GF oven. I guess the demand for their traditional pizza has trumped their GF pizzas resulting in super slow service for GF oven items. Seems like they need to add an oven. Anyway, good food, so plan for a long wait for your order. It’ll be worth it! The garlic cheese focaccia is AMAZING.
