Great service all ice cream was GF. I was asked if I was Coeliac which I am - immediately they used a new scoop and started a new tub of ice cream. Generous serve too😊
My wife and I tried Piccolina for the first time tonight and were incredibly happy with their service, from a Coeliac perspective. Asking which flavours were gluten free, the staff explained all but the specials were and that they take extra care if Coeliac, due to the cones used. The fact that we didn't even have to mention Coeliac for them to take precautions is a massive plus.
On advising that my wife was Coeliac, the staff member thoroughly washed her hands and scooped ice cream from a fresh batch using a clean scoop. Although they may not be Coeliac Aust. accredited, there probably is little reason why they couldn't be.
