Sauces are added to the bowls after the food is cooked. They offer GF teriyaki and GF soy sauce. Some of the meats are precooked and have gluten. So double check.

The food is fresh and tasty. Good portion size.

Tip: tofu is cooked in soy sauce but the chicken is just boiled plain so should be ok. App says they have gf soy sauce
