I emailed the restaurant prior to my visit and they were very detailed in their answer for what I could have. (Taco bowls only; their corn flour tortillas are made on the same press as the wheat ones. Also none of the fried tacos.)
The taco bowl was delicious and very filling. They were slammed when I got there. I do think there may have been some cross contamination because I get itchy at the slightest cc and I got - bit itchy after eating this. (I also forgot to take my allergy medication so it’s possible that’s what happened.) I did not get any belly bloating or cramping like I do when I’ve been fully glutened. I would try this restaurant again but would make a point to go during off-peak hours. The food is a bit spicy, which I enjoyed, but did trigger some acid reflux. Overall, a good experience.
