Not sure how safe this place it, you can see flour flying all over the kitchen. Also the pizza isn't that great
They were out of the gluten free crust because they are not so popular and have to reorder. The waiter said maybe they had some gluten free options like the salads and stuff... Waiter then rolled his eyes when we suggested he wasn't interested in serving us. Definitely avoid, they don't seem to think food allergies are serious.
Not celiac safe at all. GF crust is like a cracker. Really liked this place before celiac diagnosis.
The waitress checked about the pizza ingredients to see what was safe. The manager told her that if I were really sensitive, I should probably order a salad due to all the wheat floating around in the kitchen. So, i ordered a salad with no croutons. And what did I bite into? A crouton. There weren't any on top but they were in the salad. The waitress made some comment about the quality of the chef (kind of funny). They did bring me another salad and didn't charge for either. The rest of the party said theirs wasn't that great. Very disappointing as we loved the one in Nashville. I would not recommend this for anybody with celiac disease.
Very good pizza and they have a gluten free crust. Salads are also very good and large!
