Before my lactose intolerance ratcheted up I enjoyed several of their gf pies without issue. It’s a little nerve racking with the shared equipment and small space but it turned out okay for me in the past.

Shared equipment means not gluten-free.

GF pies are always delicious and as a Celiac I've never had a problem.

Located inside the newly renovated Armory building at the Seattle Center, you will find individual handheld sized pies. Each day there is one sweet and one savory gluten-free pie offered on the ever changing menu offlavors.

Dropped by tonight, their GF pies were all gone, but the gal behind the counter said they'd be more than happy to bake me a fresh one & it'd only take 30". So went to PCC & came back to a warm "Berry Awesome" individual GF pie. It was worth the wait! Crust was a perfect and crispy, the berry medley filing had lots of whole berries, not too sweet and the crumble topping had a good crunch. Friendly staff, cute store front and a nice variety of "regular" pies both sweet & savory. Limited GF pie selection but definitely going back because they really know what they're doing there! Call ahead for GF special order.

this place is brilliant! I've been upwards of four times and no matter who's working they are knowledgeable & helpful. The have two locations (fremont and seattle center/amory ) typically have atleast one savory gf option and one sweet gf option,but they always mention that you can call ahead a couple hours and they can make just about anything in the gf crust. These pies are hand pie size,so they just hit the spot. GO!
