Their staff was gluten free knowledgeable and they had a gluten free menu. No concerns for my wife with Celiac. We both enjoyed it very much too!!!

Separate gluten free menu. Good staff who checked about cross contamination when asked about this. Only down point was the fact that they had ran out of gluten free gravy, however they did compensate with a pot of chutney in place of this. The gluten free Heidi pie was delicious.

Tasty gluten free pies cooked to order. I’m very sensitive and have never had an issue here. They cook gluten free orders on a separate tray, on a shelf above any gluten pies that are in the oven at the same time. They also offer the option of having your pie heated on its own in their gf air fryer if preferred.

I always avoid the sides because there is a risk of cross contamination there - as I was warned by a manager on my first visit. Some staff have still offered them to me, but I prefer to be on the safe side and say no.

So glad I could try a gf British pie 😍😍 it was delicious

I had the gluten free Mooless Moo (starfruit) pie with mash, peas and gravy. All gluten free. They told me it's an award winning pie and I'm not surprised. The service was friendly and efficient on a Friday lunchtime too. Excellent experience.

Walked in door, asked if I had allergies and then they told me there was no GF pies left- not the first to leave a review like this for here- wonder if they just can’t be bothered?

A very concerned staff about my gluten allergy. A limited GF menu with only one pie available when I dined there, and apparently the first one they tried to warm up exploded in the oven! So I had to wait rather a long time while the very responsive staff heated another. I didn’t care for the pie ale flavor but the GF mashed potatoes, peas and gravy were excellent. Overall a good experience.
