Came here as they can serve gluten free pizza. Long discussion with the staff. They have a great system with gluten free dough, separate sauce, new containers of ingredients so there was no cross contamination. They cleaned out the entire oven and cooked it on its own tray to prevent cross contamination. Separate color coded pizza cutter for the gluten free pizzas.
I did not have a celiac reaction and it tasted great.

Got a gluten free pizza here. My server had no idea what to do to prevent cross contamination. Fortunately, the other server lead him through the steps, barely. Rather anxiety producing. I have had similar experiences at other sites. The company has everything laid out to make it safe, but training of the staff is hit or miss.
The pizza was great.

Didn’t irritate me, or cause flare ups. I ordered a pizza from there and was fine. I don’t know if they have a separate grill, but I mentioned on the phone that this was because of an “allergy” and not a diet(misconception).

This place is not safe for people with celiac.
They don’t change gloves and handle regular dough and flour and then will immediately handle the gluten free dough.
They use the same utensils and toppings for everything. Same ladle for marinara sauce, spread onto gluten free pizza as the others.
Gluten free pizza is out in a little metal dish so it doesn’t touch the bottom of the oven directly, but, it goes in the same oven as gluten pizzas and flour from the bottom of the oven can EASILY travel through the holes directly into the gluten free pizza.
If you want to call those “allergy” protocols then that’s relatively concerning. If you have celiac or cannot tolerate cross contamination, do not eat here, I can’t speak for anyone else.

They changed their gloves between most toppings, used new toppings, it was made and cooked on a fresh piece of “paper”, they used separate utensils and seemed pretty knowledgeable about gluten allergies. They were also nice about it, too :)

There is a lot of potential for cross contamination but they did a really good job of keeping exposure down. The pizza was delicious too. My daughter and I both have celiac and we both are fine after our pies.
