Ate here on the last leg of a trip home from Chico, the dedicated gluten feee menu is very descriptive. The staff was super nice and accommodating, putting on new gloves, avoiding using brushes and ladles that had touched gluten crust, and using a special pan to make sure the pizza didn’t touch the shared oven. The pizza was also delicious! Zero issues afterwards, and unless you’re worried about the shared kitchen space I would 100% recommend it.

Didn’t irritate me, or cause flare ups. I ordered a pizza from there and was fine. I don’t know if they have a separate grill, but I mentioned on the phone that this was because of an “allergy” and not a diet(misconception).

My daughter is recently diagnosed with Celiacs. On our way home from the Sierras we had to change our dining routine to accommodate her needs. Pieology was very helpful and knowledgeable about Celiacs and the importance of making the pizza in a non contaminated environment and cooking it in a dedicated part of the oven. I did have to make sure there was no cross contamination with the pizza shovel but other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

Everyone on the line is aware an allergy order is coming. Everyone who handled my pizza put on new gloves. Cauliflower crust was stored separately from other crusts. This location has a small oven they use just for gluten allergies. Oh, and they have Daiya cheese. Overall, a very good experience.
Love the GF pizza crust. The employees wash and put on new gloves before preparing the pizza and clean a section of the oven to cook the pizza when you tell them you have an allergy. My husband and daughter have celiac and have not had any problems after eating here. We have been a few times now.

We stopped here after leaving the airport and in our way home. Parking is tricky. Both times the staff changed gloves, used separate sauce on the gf crust, they cook the pizza on a tray to avoid cc. They got a clean pizza cutter from the back to cut it after baking. My symptomatic son had no issues.

The best glutenfree pizza yet.

There’s a very high risk of cross contamination here. I was too afraid to order anything other than a pre-packaged salad with no protein after watching my family’s regular gluten pizzas be made and contaminated contents making their way into almost every topping bin.

Staff was kind and very careful, pizza was pretty good if overpriced. 9/10 overall. Probably not safe for celiacs.
Staff used clean tools and fresh gloves and prepared pizza on its own piece of parchment paper. Staff even opened up a new bag of pepperoni to make sure there was no cross. Pizza was an 8/10 compared to the best gluten pizza I'd ever had before I was GF, but cost $16.50 for a personal 2 topping pizza.
