What a terrific experience! I called ahead to see what their allergy preparation was. Pleasantly surprised! They have a dedicated gf paddle, screens, cutter and they literally said "we will take it as serious as you take it" I told him, I have celiac so it's VERY serious. He pulled toppings from below the counter that hadn't been cross contaminated. Change his gloves and got clean utensils. I am super pleased! Not once did they make me feel like I was being extra or a pain. Meggan was awesome on the phone when I called and she was very knowledgeable on their cross contamination practices. I never got the boys name who actually make my pizza but he was terrific. Highly recommend.
