There is a gluten free crust available but the staff seemed unsure of how to prevent cross contamination. I am now anticipating a gluten-ache once it hits.

Cmon fellow reviewers there is no way this is celiac safe. The staff does not understand cross contamination at all. We lucked out and one of the guys working has a girlfriend with celiac and he was able to make us a pizza we left safe eating but there other two staff members had no clue and were mildly unpleasant. I would not come back and If you have celiac I would not eat here.

I was worried about cc but I noticed they already had the gf crust prepared so they didn't get put in the same dough press. Even after the more expensive crust and vegan cheese my pizza was very affordable. It was so great to go to a pizza parlor and have lunch like a regular person!

The workers are very helpful when told about gluten allergies and the food is delicious. They have one of the only gluten free pizza crusts I will eat!

I love the pizza here. I've eaten it several times and never gotten sick! The prices are excellent.

DO NOT ... I REPEAT, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A GLUTEN ALLERGY. I got very sick because they don't know enough about the allergy to keep cross contamination from occurring. Such a bad experience.

absolutely the best Chiffon had to offer! !very GF friendly. ..as soon as they know they change gloves , sauces and utensils ...favorite place to go. ..the pizza is literally whatever you want!

Great pizza with a separate gf crust. They switch out gloves if you have a serious allergy. I don't like how the gf crust is a little bit more $ and smaller size though

Ordered a gluten free pizza and the staff was super nice and asked about safety precautions along the way. Change gloves, change spoons, cook the pizza in a pan so it doesn’t touch the oven. I appreciate the effort and enjoyed my pizza, but I wouldn’t know how safe the pizza would be for someone with a more severe sensitivity than me. If you go on the website and build a gluten free pizza on the location you’re planning on going to, it’ll only list the ingredients that are gluten free if you want an idea of your options before going.

Great experience. Gluten free crust, washed hands and changed gloves, had separate utensils and sauces bins to prevent cross contamination. Also separate pizza cutter. Very impressed.
