Review of Pig 'N Pancake

They have gluten free pancakes on the menu, but admit to plenty of cross contamination. How can it be GF if it's contaminated? I also avoid soy and their fry oil is soy. They offered to clean the grill for me. I hope they use the fat from my bacon to cook the rest of my food (Potato pancakes) The waitress almost convinced me to leave. Should have.
