Pig's Ear American Bistro

The food is amazing. The service and ability to eat here GF was difficult. So many GF mains were paired with non GF sides (ex: ribs, salmon), and they have a “no substitutions” policy on the sides. When I asked the server questions such as “do you have any GF/DF sides, her answer was “I don’t think so” instead of “let me check”. I had to specifically ask her to go check as we were about to have to leave the restaurant and eat elsewhere. Overall, our experience was very pleasant and the food was worth the difficult ordering experience. I would recommend speaking with a manager beforehand to make sure your experience goes better than mine.

GF items were clearly marked on the menu. Ordered GF steak tacos and GF chocolate cake. Delicious food and knowledgeable server.
