We split the rockfish tacos, and I got a Vanishing Point Pale Ale by Ghostfish Brewing Co. All was excellent! We’ll be back.
I had the burger with a gluten free bun. They have a dedicated fryer - so the fries are celiac safe. Also, tried the Ghostfish Grapefruit IPA - it was delicious! Ghostfish is a dedicated gluten free brewery based in Seattle.
It was simply okay! I went to this restaurant specifically because there are a lot of positive reviews on this app, but I was a little disappointed with the options. I ordered nachos, which took way too long to come out, and they were very lacking! I didn’t try anything else, so maybe I would have done better ordering a different menu item, but it’s usually hard to mess up nachos.
Dedicated fryer for french fries and had the GF bun with hamburger. Meal tasted great. My wife had the salmon sandwich and the fish was very "fishy" smelling and had bones in it, wouldn't get that again. But overall, good experience and no one got sick. Ciders on tap!
Staff did well understanding cross contamination. I had the gluten free pizza, which was decent. They made sure to tell me the sausage wasn’t safe, since it contained beer. There were probably 10 gluten free items to choose from on the menu.
Clean, knowledgeable staff, delicious fish tacos no reaction!
A two page GF menu!!! TWO PAGES!!! Had the nachos and the fish tacos. Server was super nice and when I ordered the chicken for the nachos he actually said I’d have to have grilled chicken instead of the regular chicken because the sauce was not GF. So nice and knowledgeable. And was able to have 2 GF beers!! Really great experience
Excellent service! Great gf options!
Wait staff is very knowledgeable. They offer a selection of ghost fish beers that are gf. Real appetizers that are delicious, they only fry the fries in the frier. I am celiac and had no problem.
Their menu clearly states that there is a risk of cross-contamination, to which I’m very sensitive. Plenty of gluten-free options. I enjoyed delicious steamed mussels and an iceberg wedge without getting sick.
Basic pub food. Your options will be a couple of salads, or one of 4 burgers or 4 sandwich’s on the GF bun. Staff was knowledgeable. I had the basic cheeseburger. It was good, bun a little dry but it’s pub food, no complaints. Dedicated GF fryer which is nice. The best part is probably that they serve 3 different Ghostfish Beers in can! Really nice to have a top notch GF beer when your at a brewery with non GF friends.
None of us (gluten eaters and non) loved it. They were out of 3 different things we tried to order, and for the price, the food was just ok. I mean, a $20 burger should be damn good. There were a handful of (clearly marked) gf options, but there weren’t as many as I thought there’d be, based on other reviews.
I’m not sure what the other gluten free people are thinking. This gf pizza is not that good and way too expensive! Most frozen gf pizzas are better. Get out there and explore more. There are much better gf pizzas to be had.
it was nice to have a gluten free menu and a knowledgeable staff, it place is perfect for a trip to Seattle
This place has a great menu of gluten free options, pizza, burgers, appetizers, etc... the fryer only fries fries (hooray!) and they bring your gf food out on a separate tray. Super accommodating and delicious!
Staff very friendly and knowledgeable all food allergies. Food was good, not great.
Wonderful experience for myself and my gluten-eating companions! We were able to enjoy drinks (they had gf options for beer, cider, and house made wine) and a huge double sided small type menu. I got the white blend wine, crab dip, and had a few mussels off my friend's plate and we were all really pleased with our choices. Definitely a nice place to go that has something for everyone!
They went out of their way for us and our allergies. Samantha the manager is the one to check in with. Doing 4 stars as one of us was having stomach pains after but not sure. overall they tried real hard for us.
Great service, food was decent. Unfortunately out of gf beer but had cider
Service was great - knowledgable about Celiac. Warned me that the oven may be contaminated but took a chance and did not feel the effects. Good food!
I did not get sick. There weren't as many options as I would have expected from the other reviews. Food was meh. I had trouble communicating with my waiter, so maybe the experience would have been different if that wasn't so.
Food was great, knowledgeable about gf. Designated fryer and gf beer. Enjoyed our lunch very much.
The pizza is absolutely brilliant - truly excellent!!
Flipping awesome- nuf said!
They have GF labels on the regular menu AND GF kimchi!
GF beer was great, cider options too. I had a knowledgable server, who quickly turned around a GF pizza when I had forgotten to say "with GF crust" after discussing all sorts of other GF things about my order. Pizza was great. Thank you Pikes for understanding!
Really cool pub and restaurant downtown. Neat vibe. Separate GF menu that mentions there is no dedicated GF kitchen, but I didn't personally have any issues. The GF stout from Ghostfish Brewery was INCREDIBLE. Get it.
Gluten Free Pizza was delicious! Top 3 of what I have had. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to GF request. The best part was Ghostfish Gluten Free beer! They have the Pale Ale and Stout, I recommend the Pale Ale. It's a locally brewed beer. Thumbs up Seattle!
good food and nice place for dinner! I had the gluten free pizza and it was good - nothing special but ok and the most important I did not get sick - as a celiac I'm really sensitive so I would always recommend places where everything was fine! the only thing I would complain about was that they don't really have a big selection for gluten free options but definitely a good place!
Several GF options including pizza and burgers!
Best Gluten Free pizza I have ever had! Wait staff was very knowledgable!!!
Had the rock fish tacos. Very good. Waitress double checked to make sure everything was gluten free. Little pricey but right downtown so expected to pay more.
I do not recommend. nice place but service and gluten free choices are limited. Waited 10 minutes to be recognized by the hostess who was checking out two ladies purchasing T-shirts. One oven was down so limited menu was more limited. Had the grilled chicken sandwich on gluten free bun. It was small and like all gluten free buns it fell apart in my hands. When the manager came around and asked how my meal was, I told her and she just smiled and said okay. ??? it was weird. Still hungry I got the nachos. Small serving but okay. The bill was 24 for the meal PLUS 20 for two of the Green gluten free beers. It would have been nice to be aware of this first as this was not even on the menu.
They have gfree pizza which is nice for an option when eating out with my non celiac boyfriend. With that being said it is definitely on the lower end of gfree pizza options I've tried in my life. It was undercooked, over sauced and almost felt "wet" when I was eating it. Couldn't finish it! Bummer.
The gf pizza was delicious. I'm in Seattle for my honeymoon and it is so refreshing to have so many options available for dining. The staff is very friendly here too!
Not very many GF choices, but the toppings on the pizza were delicious. Watch out for the Green's beer. It's good, but $10 per bottle.
They have gf pizza on their menu which is decent but not the best ive ever had. Their menu also has a key which marks which items are gf which is super helpful. Normally has at least 1 gf beer available and cider.
