Gluten-free items are labeled on the menu and they have GF soy sauce.
It breaks my heart to say it, but I recently got VERY sick after eating at PING. I've eaten the GF sushi there before, and was fine, but that was at lunch on a Monday, and I was one of two patrons. This most recent venture was on a Friday night, when the restaurant was absolutely packed. I don't know whose fault it was, but something was definitely wrong with the sushi. I'm not celiac, but am gluten intolerant, and since I ate there, it's been like it was before I went GF- exhausted, dizzy, tons of stomach problems, migraines. I may try again in the future, but not on a Friday night, and maybe not so much sushi.
Salt and pepper chicken with a sweet and sour sauce was delicious and verified GF (by my intestines)! My whole party enjoyed their meal; will definitely return!!
They recently re-did their menu to say GF right on the regular menu. Of course, the prices went up too. Good food, now a bit pricey.
great food. Amazing service. GF menu was very large and offers a variety. about $18-20 per entree so i felt the 2 $$ rating may be off
I am celiac and this high end Asian restaurant had a full gluten free menu with tons of choices. Staff are knowledgeable and accommodating.
