She shined as she spoke of creating a young vegans first birthday cake at 16 years old. She also shared the willingness to create on request allergy friendly favorites, even technical European items. Pink Bandana’s wedding cake business was 50% gluten free this year so that’s a huge feather in Chefs cap. Sounds like if you’ve got a craving or want to satisfy a loved ones favorite she should be your first call. There is no extra charge for Chef Kathleen’s passion and joy. We called to inquire just before closing on Saturday. They stayed open for us and they still had a good amount of selection left. Both my husband and took a bite and basked in the slight crunch before a gush of smooth, sweet, flavorful fall! Peak season indeed! Don’t leaf without a bunch! The Cupcakes we have tried so far are Pumpkin Spice, Blueberry Flapjack. Both were decorated nicely. These both were light, moist and outshine anything at high tea. Subtle flavors and for two people who don’t eat a bunch of sugar these not only didn’t make our stomachs sad but left us with a big warm mellow sugar glow. Prices are reasonable and Still to try as we will freeze some for later. Was so excited to find this bakery while on vacation. Tried the tears of joy cupcake, was moist and delicious. Also got the watermelon mini bundt cake, was amazing! Still have 2 more to try that I brought home! Will definitely be back!
Very happy to show me their gluten free options & patiently waited for me to make my final selection of a gluten free peanut butter brownie. It was to die for! So gooey & delicious, will be going back to try more!
Amazing desserts. I've tried four different kinds of desserts there and have never gotten sick. The taste is so amazing you can’t even tell they are gluten free. They have a daily assortment of gluten free. Yum!
