Pink Cadillacs

Pink Cadillacs is sketchy. They talk about their son with celiac, but they said stuff was gluten free and safe going into a fryer that's not dedicated. Other times they told me it's not safe cause the fryer isn't dedicated. I've also asked them about some things, such as their ham and they said it should be fine. I asked if they could read the ingredients (as we know, ham is often not safe) they couldn't confirm, then asked if I want it in my salad. I said no, I have celiac, if you can't confirm then don't feed it to someone with celiac. Issues like this at both locations. I don't trust them

They are really great here. They understand d about gluten free. I get the poutine and it has corn starch not flour. there is a gf bun as well for burgers. never an issue or reaction when I go.
