Second time I had a reaction. Tonite I have a very painful sore throat and couldn't go out so I ordered Door Dash. Left very specific instructions to contact me if what I ordered couldn't be made gluten free. Explained that I have an allergy (well Celiac but didn't add that). Took a bite of a meatball and just to be safe I called the restaurant. Yes had I been up to par may be I would've thought of that earlier. My concern is that the representative from Pinocchios told me it was a Door Dash issue. After explaining my concern they reluctantly offered a new meal but again I'm in no shape to pick it up. Additional info is that last year I ordered the first few times thru Door Dash, I called to confirm gluten free requirement and Pinocchios was irritated and told me I didn't need to do that. So now, I am already feeling awful, awful but I'm also starting to feel a reaction. Take what you want from this but I certainly didn't get the feeling that Pinocchio cared at all. It would seem that maybe someone should have noticed that a gluten free, allergy message means the whole meal. Or even in the least someone would care. Won't be going back.
