Pinstripes is very accommodating! The menu is labeled for things that are able to be gluten free. Sometimes things can be gf (sandwiches or pastas) but you just have to ask the server. They have gf bread (Udi’s) on a frequent basis. They have delicious gf pasta that is made in its own pot of water. Things that are fried are not gf, including fries and chips. We come here often and I haven’t ever gotten sick.
I was here for a family outing, and the gluten free pasta was ordered family style specially for me, so I felt obligated to eat it. It was chicken and goat cheese and not bad. I am glad they had a gluten free option, but as anyone with celiac knows, that’s not enough. Everyone else had a very nice meal, and staff and bowling were great. Unfortunately, I had a small reaction afterwards.
Bolognese is good. GF pizza is cooked in the same oven as non-GF. Overall have a fair amount of options and are aware of what could be problematic. Separate GF menu.

Be sure to talk to a manager about options. Items marked on the menu may come with sides that are cooked in a common fryer. Lowering my original safety rating.

We have since visited dozens of times, and each time the staff becomes more aware and accommodating. GF buns, pastas, salad, pizza, etc. It has become one of our more favorite places to eat.
I went here for a wedding and asked the server what was gluten free on the buffet. They told me nothing and offered a menu to purchase my own gluten free menu. I needed to order and pay for my own food before asking for a manager. My food ended up comped, but I felt humiliated in that situation.
