Waiter was not knowledgeable about GF so we asked to speak to the manager, who was only slightly more knowledgeable.
Apparently, they only offer gf penne and pizza crust, but do not take any other measures to prevent cross contamination. The noodles are cooked in the same water and the pizza is made on the same station.
I even had a panic attack just from sitting down before I even knew any of this. Not sure if it is from the free floating flour or what. (Very crowded in there, seats are close together and pizza station is in dining area).
They also said none of the sauces, bolognese, alfredo ect.. was GF. They said they could put plain tomato sauce on the GF penne, but it would still be cooked in same water, ect...
We ended up leaving.

Manager and waiter are not knowledgeable about the requirements for safety of food for celiacs. They cook gluten-free pasta in the same water of wheat pasta. I had to explain to the manager that gluten free pasta must be cooked in separate pot. Did not feel safe eating here.

I got the gluten free pizza with vegan cheese and it was very good. The crust is super thin so the toppings do weigh it down a bit. They were very accommodating and had great outdoor seating - with delicious salad options as well!

Was excited to eat here with my family bc they said they had gluten free pasta and crust for pizza. Turns out they don’t change their gloves or cook the pasta or pizza in different pans/pots. I asked the manager if he could ask the chefs to change their gloves and pots and he said they were too busy to do this. They were very honest though. Considered themselves gluten friendly, not gluten free. I’m celiac so this was a huge problem for me so I didn’t eat here

Yum! GF pizza was very good! I definitely be back! I was a little preoccupied so didn't quiz them about their crust other than it was gf. They also have a chia crust. Looks like a fun place to go in the evening as the have live music some nights.
Yes
You can choose the crust of your pizza (regular, chia, gluten free).
Then, they also offer gluten free pasta, upon request.
They also offer vegan cheese (Follow your heart brand) that can be added to any pizza. Plus they have various pizza with veggies, so you can have a gluten free vegan pizza.
