I was hopeful that I would be okay eating here based on previous reviews. I am celiac/very sensitive to gluten. I had a gluten free pizza with no sauce, just tomato and cheese on top. Within 1 hour of eating the food, I started having a reaction and am going through my typical gastro symptoms from having been glutened. The pizza was definitely a gluten free crust but I doubt the workspace was properly cared for. Maybe the cooks did not replace gloves. Maybe the oven was covered in gluten and proper measures were not taken there. The food, while good, was not worth what the next few hours will be for me. The waitress also may not have alerted the kitchen of the necessity in taking precautions when making the food. Who knows. Will not go back there again.
