Great tasting food, very nice people. They assured me the only thing cooked in the fryers are the french fries and the falafel, which are gluten free. There is a gluten free menu at the register upon request. They have a small selection of international foods like candy bars and cans of Vimto near the register, too. Plenty of indoor and outdoor dining space.
Edit: it may be safest to go during a slower time when you can talk to them about cross contact. We were there at a very busy time and since it is an open kitchen, we could see that the staff were using the same tongs for everything-- cutting the (gluten) pita, opening the pita, picking up the meat to stuff the pita, then using the tongs also to put rice/salad onto the plates. The fries and falafel went straight from the fryer to the plates, so that seemed ok, but the meat/rice/salad area was all shared tongs at the time we went. I don't know if other locations are different. They may be able to get fresh items upon request if they aren't so busy.

Although this is the weakest of Pita Inn's locations, it's still really good. The majority of menu is fair game for Celiac/GF and you don't get more authentic.
I am so happy that Pita Inn has gluten free options. They change their gloves if you ask them to do so.
Very knowledgable. And great food
Actually not everything is gluten free. Avoid the:
FATOUSH SALAD (croutons)
TABOULEH SALAD (cracked wheat)
KIBBEH (cracked wheat)
and the desserts.
Everything else is gluten free except the pita which fortunately they pack separately for togo orders.

When I asked if they had a gluten free menu and the response was "Everything on the menu is gluten free except for the Pita", I was sold! Great food and great service. I will definitely be back again soon!

Delicious food, and knowledgable staff! The falafel is awesome! Most of their food is gluten free by nature (except for the pita, of course).
