Staff were actively aware of cross contamination and did an excellent job of keeping the gf pitas separate considering the small working area. Very few options for filling, was told I could really only have steak. All dressings were labelled and most were gf

I told them my daughter has Coeliac. They have GF wraps, changed gloves, cooked chicken on baking paper, used seperate utensils for the grill. Toast wrap in baking paper. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

When asked for gluten free option staff sometimes ask if that is for care of cross contamination or “normal gluten free” and will change gloves and use baking paper on grill if for coeliac CC

It is still fairly new and staff are still training/learning so can be a bit tedious

After watching the staff use the same utensil to spread the same hummus on my husband’s wrap then my (GF) wrap I questioned them. They said it has never been a problem for anyone before. Offered to remake my wrap but I declined having lost contact confidence in the integrity of their ‘GF’ ingredients.
