The waitress didn't seem to understand what gluten was at first. She seemed to think I meant lactose intolerance. I showed her a translation card (https://gluten.guide/translation-card/) and she seemed to understand though. I had a meat and cheese platter which was very good. They had gluten free bread available as well.

Experienced Piz Gloria with my husband. I asked about gluten free options and the waiter DID explain that they have a few gluten free breads that are kept frozen. He warmed them up and brought them out and suggested that I choose some meats and cheeses from their buffet to go with it. I did as suggested and it was perfect! You CAN experience James Bond near the top of the world as a celiac!

No gf menu options marked, but waiter understood. Had the meat and cheese platter and they served with gf bread.
