Although Brick Oven Pizza in the Murray Hill section of NYC, has main stream Pizza, the owner has a separate stone and makes both cauliflower and gluten free grain crust. It is the best gf pizza I have ever had. I am a senior and was born with Celiac Disease. My boyfriend loves their regular pizza and even thinks the gf pizza is awesome. Their sauce and cheese are amazing and fresh. I

If you have celiac disease, don't go here. There's serious contamination issues. They have frozen gluten free pizza dough that goes on top of everything already used with the regular dough, workers don't wear gloves, and don't seem educated on how to deal with a gluten allergy.

Some of the best gf pizza I have ever had and they will make it late night unlike some other by the slice places. Only issue is they put it in the brick oven without any pan along with all the normal pies so do not risk it if you are very sensitive.

GF pizza was tasty but cross contamination is a real problem. They are not careful at all.
