They are very knowledgeable about GF. For more than 10 years I have celiac, this restaurant is celiac’s heaven, they have so many Gluten Free options, almost everything on their menu can be made with gluten free, cuz they make fresh GF dough daily.
They make fresh GF dough daily, thats why they can make all the pizza sizes, calzones, sandwiches, burgers etc. I eat twice a week here, the GF Ajarski with organic eggs is my breakfast breakfast dream.
