Gluten free crust is available. The owner takes GF preparation very seriously. He has said cross contamination is possible in the kitchen, so not advised for Celiac.

I went to the grantham nh location- super well minded of gluten free and sensitivities. One of the girls who works there has celiac and she is always happy to answer questions!! They also have lactose free cheese! However, they are not dedicated gf, so cross contamination is still always a slight possibility. However I go weekly and have not had this happen yet!

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Ordered a steak salad - had a belly ache half way through eating it. Probably cross contact. Bummer because it’s a decent local option.

Out of GF sub rolls the day I visited. They did have GF pizzas, even though the menu didn’t say that.

Love their gluten free margarita pizza with pepperoni!

The owner was amazing about ensuring GF but I unfortunately still got sick. The owner opened new toppings to prevent cross contamination and used a new pizza cutter but there likely was contamination in the air or sauce. I'm very sensitive but others may be ok with the prep.
