They offer gluten free crust, but I got celiac sick once for 2 weeks after eating there and haven't been back since. Should note that the pervious half a dozen times of eating there were completely fine- but the food isn't amazing that it's worth getting sick over.
No
Pizza Factory offers a gluten free crust in all sizes. This is not a gluten free facility, but they are very careful to avoid cross contamination and always use a fresh cutter. I have celiac and have eaten the gf pizza a dozen times with no intolerance. Make them aware of your needs when ordering, they are very accommodating.

Toppings are spread all the way to edge of the pizza pies. Covering the crust is a great idea as it helps clothe the GF crust. Yes, stomachs gurgled and brains fizzed, lips smacked, and eyes rolled back in pleasure. We ordered a pepperoni and a greek. The former was delicious, the latter was fairly authentic. They do a good job here.

Very knowledgeable and made all the appropriate accommodations - fresh gloves, separate pan, clean plastic cutter. My son is a very sensitive celiac and had no issues. All very fresh ingredients! Only complaint was the pricing! Very expensive for even a non gf pizza. We didn’t get sick on vacation, so that’s priceless!

My gluten free pizza was so good. 😋 It’s a thin crust pizza with some crutch, just how I love it!

Pizza tasted good, crust was served a little on the burnt side.

Knew what they were doing, made my GF pizza in a separate area and served with my own cutter. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
