Horrible GF crust. It's an insult to Udi fans. I'm not sure if it's because the crust is so thin or their oven is so hot but the crust is so rock hard that you cannot break it. Taste is like cardboard. I sent it back thinking it was simply overcooked but manager told me ALL come out like this. No food for me while I watched my non-celiac kids eat. Pizza Hut should be ashamed!
Not any gluten free
Ordered gluten free pizza, it was on a pre frozen Udi's crust.
Unfortunately, I became extremely, excruciatingly sick after having one of their "gluten free" pizzas. Despite adding a personal note about having gluten intolerance, and also despite the pizza itself coming in an Udi's (GF brand) box... the pizza itself was not gluten-free, and had a normal (though delicious) crust.
Some chains can get it right, but BEWARE of this location!
