I've been to this Pizza Hut 3 times in the last 6 months and my daughter has never had a reaction. They offer cheese or pepperoni on an Udi's crust and bring it to your table in a "to go" box. We think it tastes pretty good. The only issue I have is that there are often crumbs on the table and/or chairs from previous customers so we have to ask them to wipe it down.

Small gluten free pizza for 25. Sauce is good. Crust is on the dry side. Over all good pizza just not worth the money for the size. Similar small gluten free from dominos is less expensive and has a more moist crust. I'm glad gluten free is becoming bigger with restaurants. Still have a ways to go.
Yes
Online ordering has a disclaimer about not being a gluten free environment. Does not give any options for notes to the staff like asking about changing gloves, etc. never had any issues, but they use a premade udis brand crust. Nothing special.

Pizza Hut has a GF crust made by Udi’s. Their website explains how they limit cross contamination but says to call. The store manager there is amazing - very kind, knowledgeable about cross contamination, and helpful. I found him to be the most reassuring of all the fast food places that a 13-year old boy wants to eat at.
And then the pizza itself was yummy!

Pizza is good, not the best crust I’ve had, but good enough. I haven’t been sick from eating there, have ordered several times.
