I'm not sure who KCZC_Mom is, but the pizza here is definitely NOT gluten free by any standards, much less Celiac safe. Pizza Hut has recently begun offering certified GF pizza at some locations, but as of the time I am writing this, this location is not one of them. (And it definitely wasn't 2 years ago when the other review was written.) If you're interested in Pizza Hut's GF pizzas, right now it is only offered in cheese (no toppings) or pepperoni. You can find an up-to-date list of the locations offering GF pizza at their website here: https://www.pizzahut.com/GlutenFree . Hopefully this location will be one of them soon!
No longer serve GF pizza. Good GF pizza. Only a couple "certified GF" options, but they are good.
They do not have GF crust. They only have one fryer so the traditional wings are fried in the same oil as the breaded wings so there will be cross contamination there. They do have a salad bar which would be your only GF option.
They have a gluten free pizza crust (Udi's) and they have a second prep area that they prep the pizza on. And they put our pizza on paper when it's in the oven. Celiac friendly. Only cheese or pepperoni pizza available in gluten free.
NOT SAFE FOR CELIACS! You will be attached to the toilet and in pain for days! The pizza wasn't even good. I had 4 pieces of their "gluten free" and was destroyed. They do not have a dedicated space and do not use dedicated pans. You will get cross-contamination!
I decided to google Pizza Hut gf pizza to see the reviews. On Pizza Hut's site says they offer one with udi's gf crust and led you to believe they do the rest. Also says they come in only pepperoni or cheese and only one size. Well, udi's frozen pizza only comes in pepperoni or cheese and only one size. All they are doing is heating udi's frozen pizzas and selling them for more money. Too bad, Pizza Hut! I already have some in my freezer if I want one!
I had an Udi’s Pizza with pepperoni - all from the gf kit. The person who prepared the pizza was very conscientious and followed procedures carefully. However, I still experienced mild cross contamination symptoms. I’m guessing that this was from the shared oven - even though it was cooked on parchment paper.
The manager was very knowledgeable about Celiac Disease and said they do the pizza in a separate area. Only cheese and pepperoni are guaranteed gf. They bring it out in a separate box. We have had this several times with no issues.
how is this a gluten free place???
Not celiac friendly.
Went here and placed a carry out order for their advertised “gluten free” pizza. I was told initially that they could guarantee the crust, cheese and sauce used are gluten free and that they would open a NEW beef package to insure the beef was as well. Then witnessed an employee wearing gloves that had been previously used to prepare a pizza with a regular crust as she cut my pizza with a knife that had been used on another gf pizza without washing it (I have a pork allergy as well). When I objected the manager yelled “it’s not guaranteed gluten free” and asked “WHY is she sitting THERE?” ie. where I could observe the pizza being cut & boxed. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE CELIACS.
nothing gluten-free here.
