Best gluten free pizza crust I have ever had! Soft, airy and yummy! Server was great and asked about allergies. The gf pizzas are cooked on same surface as regular pizzas. I am intolerant not celiac so this place worked well for me.
I have a gluten sensitivity but I always explain it as an allergy to reduce risk of contamination. The waiter started arguing with me that it was not safe to eat here if I had celiac as there was a high risk for cross contamination. Pizza was delicious if you can handle a little contamination.
They were very clear in stating they couldn't guarantee GF pizza bc no separate dedicated space and flour everywhere. They take as much precaution as possible he stated. Recommended for gluten intolerance where if you had a very small amount would be ok but clear not recommended for celiac.
