I have no idea about the cross contamination measures but I ordered the gf cauliflower crust from the downtown location and didn't get sick! So I can't speak to every employee at every moment but they were definitely mindful of cross contamination at this time.

For the pizza pizza on HWY 15- If I could give no stars I would. I used to really enjoy the gf pizza. Last time I ordered online, brought it home, and looked at it- it looked completely different than their gf crust. Brought it back assuming it was a mistake, and the guy says it was their new cauliflower crust, and assured me that this was way better than the other crust, even though I specifically asked for the gf crust, not cauliflower. Not sure why they thought it was ok to change my order without my knowing, especially when an allergy is involved. Didn’t seem to take my concern seriously.
No
Found they did not take cross contamination seriously. Did not feel confident eating here.

Je suis pas très intense quand il vient le temps de la contamination croisée, mais ils font très attention quand je leur demande et je suis toujours correcte
My daughter is Celiac and has never had a problem here.

After some research on the Pizza Pizza website about their gf offerings, they seemed pretty serious. I tried the Des Source location and was happy to see that the employees there also took it seriously. They have a specific area and baking tools for their regular gf and cauliflower pizzas. They are aware of the cross contaminations risks. They did mention that they get other clients with similar concerns. The pizza was delicious and well priced. I am happy that there is a gf pizza option that is so convenient in the West Island. They also have gf chicken nuggets that i will try next time

My favourite pizza place by far. Their cauliflower crust tastes exactly like regular pizza crust, but it's healthy! And they don't charge extra for dairy free cheese like every other pizza place does.
Part of the Pizza Pizza/Pizza 73 chain, but they do cheap gluten free pizza really well and like the rest of the franchises have a dedicated gluten-free process. We’ve been ordering from them since this location opened and there hasn’t been an issue. Also the Gluten Free Chicken bites are great.
