They took GREAT care to ensure that my order was not cross-contaminated! They wiped off the surface before making my order and placed the GF dough on designated GF pans. They went as far as to pull all of my ingredients out of fresh containers that hasn’t been opened. I couldn’t be more appreciative of this!

Ordered G. I. crust for create your own pizza, and the first thing the employee asked me was if I had an allergy (note: I have a NCGS). They have special pizza cutters for those with allergies as well.
