There are plenty of chances for cross-contamination here and employees are not too clear on what is or isn’t safe. I felt put on the spot with ordering and not taken care of in any way throughout the experience. With all that being said, though, the pizza was delicious, chewy, and there was a lot of it for just one person. The salad was fine and I’m not sorry we went, but it wouldn’t be at the top of my list to go again. I appreciated another reviewer instructing to order your GF pizza at the cash register to reduce your wait time. Also, I agree that the bathroom fragrance is overwhelming, even from the surrounding area.
This is the nicest Pizza Ranch we’ve been to across several states. When you dine in you order a gluten free pizza and they include the salad bar with your pizza. If you are sensitive to Chemicals/Fragrances, be aware there is a really strong bathroom Fregrance smell that will give you a headache.
The person I ordered from had very little knowledge but I asked him to go tell the kitchen I have celiac and he did. He said they put all the pizzas in the same oven but they’re all on pans so they don’t cross contaminate. He said they have a separate prep area for the GF pizzas. It was really good and I totally agree with the person who said that it tastes like the old Pizza Hut crusts back in the day. I really enjoyed it and didn’t get sick. Kids eat free Tuesdays (under age 12) with paying adult (adult buffet is $15). We don’t usually do buffets but my daughter thought picking whatever she wanted to eat was amazing and my husband said the fried chicken was awesome. The buffet has a lot besides pizza. There is a salad bar but I didn’t risk it due to potential cross contamination. There is a small arcade there.
Waitress knew about gluten sensitive menu. When asked about cross contamination she was able to speak about kitchen protocols. Time will tell if I have a reaction.
When traveling it’s a roll of the dice if places are good at maintaining gluten free protocols or not.
I had the bacon cheeseburger gf pizza. It’s small. It’s expensive. And was surprisingly tasty.
