Best crust I’ve ever had, not sure if it’s safe/what their process is, but we shall see later today.

The gluten free pizza is so amazingly delicious that my fiance now orders it instead of the regular crust even though he is not the least bit gluten intolerant. And you can get it by the slice! Can't beat that

Was told by manager that they have no way to avoid cross contamination, and that if you have a real allergy, you should not eat here, it's meant for people who are avoiding gluten as part of their diet, not for celiac sufferers.

So far this is my favorite gluten free pizza crust. They will also do a large custom slice in the evenings for about $4. I love the Parmesan cheese baked onto the crust.
