The gluten free crust is crispy but still substantial! Sometimes gluten free pizza crusts have a sand-like texture or are like civil war era hard tack, but this crust is perfect! They have great toppings and their wings are gluten free too! The staff are friendly and answered all my questions (a low bar, I know, but I’ve had restaurant staff yell at and hang up on me after I called to ask questions).
