Delicious gluten free pizza. But not sure how careful they are about cross-contamination. Sometimes they lie and say they are out of gluten free dough because they don't want to make a gluten free pizza near closing time.

Pizza Fire does offer a gluten free dough. The servers do clean the fire pit and take procautions to minimize cross overs. However the staff during the day is quite rude and they ran out of the dough. Had to eat a salad that day. :(

For gluten free pizza I think the crust is really good (only a dollar more for gf crust and tastes like normal crust). The toppings and sauce choices are what put this place about the rest just be wary that the toppings are shared and there may be a slight risk of cross-contamination with the toppings (I've been meaning to ask if they have seperate containers of toppings they could select from instead). I've eaten there many times and they changed their gloves, asked if it was for an allergy (it is) and prepared it properly in front of me. The dough is premade in tins (that day? ..not sure) and cooked in these tins as not to be cross-contaminated in the over. Its definitely worth trying in my opinion

We came here hoping it would be ok for our 7 yr old with Celiac. The GF dough is premade. The sauces are all contaminated so we only got a little olive oil and cheese. I didn't see the server making the pizza change gloves so I asked but she said she had. I was concerned about whether or not they used a clean pizza cutter. Staff was friendly but maybe not overly cautious. My daughter liked her pizza did not complain about bellyaches.
