Cafe Pizzaiolo has great topping options and GF pizza crust is $2 more than regular pizza crust (not optimal, but better than nearby Fairlington Pizza). The problem for me was the GF pizza crust - it was so bad, it was like a giant dry stale cracker. My friends were laughing at how loud the crunching was as I tried to chew it. Not a fan but at least I didn’t get glutened. Listing the safety as only 4 hearts though because I read some google reviews about how GF pizzas sometimes get wheat flour on the bottom (be sure to tell them you have an intolerance!)
EXCEPTIONALLY DELICIOUS! I just single-handedly devoured most of my 12in GF pizza...I had planned to have some leftover for later, but this was so incredibly delicious I couldn't help myself! Best.GF.Pizza.EVER. And that's coming from one who has searched long and hard for one that would at least be palatable. I am thoroughly impressed and will be ordering from this place next time I'm in the mood for pizza! Get the Neapolitan style...you will not be disappointed!
The Gluten free Pasta Primavera was very chewy. Ekkkk. Probably the WORST service I have ever had in a restaurant. It was bustling but not full to capacity. Couldn't even get a refill on a glass of water. Many other choices in this neighborhood. I would suggest trying them out.
