Comforting that they have GF + DF options but really did not love the taste...
I placed my GF pizza order online and was about to call them to let them know the order was for a celiac when my phone rang. They wanted to double check that I was ok with eggs and dairy. It was very thoughtful and gave me huge peace of mind that they knew what they were doing. The pizza was sooo good and I had no issues with cross contamination.
If ordering for delivery tell them allergy to make sure spatula to remove pizza is not used on regular pizza
Can order a gluten free pizza in a large not medium like most places, crust is made onsite and it’s not sweet like other places. Feel like I’m eating normal pizza. Real bacon real ham real food.
It’s just delicious pizza I feel like I’m eating normal food which I miss eating but can’t. Inexpensive and fast delivery.

I spoke to a knowledgeable employee before I decided to order. She reassured me that they use a separate pan and knife for any gluten free order. The pizza was delicious and I did not get sick!

This is a new location in Oakville, owned by Huberto who also owns the one on Lakeshore. Huberto’s wife is gluten intolerant so he knows the importance of no cross contamination. This pizza was fantastic! And so inexpensive! $20 for the larger size (two sizes available) with two toppings. He made it himself in a separate area, dedicated pans, and ingredients from fresh containers. Definitely my new go-to pizza place as I always get sick from other chain pizza places. I’ve missed this kind of take-out pizza. So good!
I have seen 5 star ratings at every other pizzaiolo location in the city. This location has a separate GF area in their kitchen, but I saw the employees removing my pizza from the pan with the same spatula that they had just used for their regular pizzas. When I told them about this, they apologized and made me a new pizza, but I still think it’s risky here. You have to watch and make sure they are being careful. Maybe the employees aren’t properly trained on the GF protocol at this location.
