They have a gluten-free pizza dough which they cook on a separate dedicated pan to protect from contamination. Servers change gloves for gluten-free customers, and they even have separate sauce bottles for gluten-free customers. Seems like this chain has a pretty robust gluten-free policy which I guess you kind of need in a pizza place, although I'm not entirely convinced about protection from cross-contamination among the buffet of toppings. They always seem confused when I ask which salad dressings are gluten free. Feels like a place where the management have instigated strict gluten-free policy - which is great, really awesome actually - but the lower level workers don't fully understand the nuance of celiac disease, so be sure to check everything and watch as they prepare your food.

This is our favorite pizza for gluten free! My daughter is highly allergic to gluten and dairy and they go to great lengths not to cross contaminate! I wish every restaurant was so careful!
I have eaten here several times and never gotten sick. They also offer GF meatballs as toppings which is really nice and they have vegan cheese. I can't eat at most GF pizza places because they don't offer dairy free cheese. Their pizzas are really delicious and when you ask for GF Crust they ask you specifically if it's a preference of allergy. For those with allergy they will change out their gloves, get new ladels for the sauce and take the sauce from a separate squeeze bottle that has not been cross contaminated rather than the main container they get everyone else's from. Your pizza also gets prepped right in front of you while you choose the toppings on a fresh, clean new pan that hasn't been cross-contaminated. Largely this business gets it right. GF is not only about the ingredients, but the preparation and cross contamination issues are taken seriously when it comes to Gluten. One important note, however, I have seen cross contamination between ingredients. I have seen shreds of cheese contaminating other ingredients. So be aware.

I have Celiac and have never gotten sick here. They're extremely cautious if you tell them you're a Celiac or have an allergy.
Extra precautions if you're gluten free for medical reasons.

They are very cautious from changing gloves to separate utensils. I will definitely be returning. They also have Omission beer. The pizza tastes really good!

Yeah this place just glutened me bad. They made a mistake and mixed up the cheese pizzas - my pizza marked as gluten free allergy with a regular cheese pizza. It was my first time eating there, so I didn't realize until they came out to tell me, 2 slices in. Ugh!
They were very nice about their mistake, came with my actual safe pizza, and apologized profusely. But what a bummer!! I still don't understand because I saw the separate tin, I saw the separate gloves, the separate sauce and dough, and they dropped the ball out of the oven. Even though I even specified gluten free when they brought it out to me (and they confirmed?!).
Such a huge bummer. Mistakes happen. But still a bummer.

Awesome experience! Their site has a note specifically warning that the meatballs are no longer GF, and they offer Caulipower crust as well as being able to specify between ‘preference’ and ‘allergy’ for their regular GF crust. My fennel + sausage pizza was delicious.

New Celiac + lactose intolerant here! I got the GF crust (they marked the pizza paper as GF allergy) and then they prepared separately. I got the BBQ chicken with vegan mozzarella and it was awesome! I didn’t have a reaction at all
